How Consent is Collected
Customers provide their phone number when requesting an estimate or service through our website form, by phone, or in person, and agree to receive text messages from Pinky's Property Management LLC regarding their estimate, scheduling, and service updates.

The following exact disclosure language is displayed directly at the point of collection:
"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Pinky's Property Management LLC related to your estimate and service requests. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help."
Message Types
We use SMS / text messaging for the following purposes:
- Estimate Follow-ups: Connecting regarding estimates, proposals, or quotes you requested.
- Appointment Scheduling: Confirming meeting times, site visits, or arrival windows.
- Job Status Updates: Providing progress reports, completions, and related service confirmations.
We do not use SMS for third-party marketing or advertising. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
